Since I want to give you a relatively accurate idea of my experience level with each design related program, I think that using CSS styled bar graphs should do the trick.
>> Standard: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Photoshop
Hey you, use non-destructive building with numerous layers and masks, learn effective (invisible) photo retouching and color correction techniques, work smarter not harder with actions (or batch/droplets), use paths and pen tool not lasso, man! wait, don't use that lens flare! yuck, remove that ugly drop shadow and hideous emboss layer effect!
Illustrator
My vector program of choice simply because I've been using it longer than Freehand (yeah I know... Freehand is better). It's also my preferred program to import drawings/cartoons. (cartoons for a program called 'Illustrator', think of that)
Indesign
I used Quark once and ever since then, I vowed Indesign to be my page layout program of choice.
Anyways, yay for paragraph styles. It's like CSS for print.
>> Web: Dreamweaver, Flash
Dreamweaver
As for code languages: Able to easily read and create both HTML & CSS. Currently only able to create basic PHP and somewhat read and modify already developed advanced PHP code. (google + cut & paste = win)
Flash
As for scripting: Currently only able to read and create basic action scripting functions. Also, flash encoded video compression rocks, use it.
